About

Everyone arrested deserves to know restorative justice is on the table — not just whoever thinks to ask.

Case Analytica exists because of one specific, repeated failure: restorative justice and diversion programs are real, they're running in New York courts right now, and almost nobody facing a case gets told about them unless they happen to ask. Public defenders carry heavy caseloads. Even private attorneys can move fast and skip past it. The result is that people plead into convictions that didn't have to happen, simply because nobody raised the option in time.

This channel and site exist to close that gap — so that knowing about restorative justice doesn't depend on luck, and so nobody has to just trust that their lawyer will remember to bring it up. The videos and articles also cover the rest of the process — bail, discovery, the Clean Slate Act, parole hearings — but restorative justice comes first, because it's the one piece of information that changes what's actually possible in a case, and it's the one most likely to get missed.

What this is not

Case Analytica does not provide legal advice or legal representation, and nothing here should be read as instructions for a specific case. If you need representation, we can help you find and connect with a licensed attorney or the right local resource.

How the free intake call works

A 20–30 minute conversation to understand where a case actually stands — what stage it's at, what the realistic timeline looks like, and what to ask for next. If it's a legal question that needs an attorney, we'll help point you to one. If it's a question about the process, reentry support, or a restorative justice option, we'll walk through what's actually available in your county.

Book a free intake call

Email with a short description of the situation (who it involves, what county, and what stage the case is at) and we'll set up a time to talk.
